This trip entails some sensational whitewater thrills varying from grade three to grade five along the 100-mile spectacular run through Cataract Canyon National Park. The trip commences from near Moab and runs to Hite marina on Lake Powell.
During this four-day expedition, you will visit prehistoric archaeological sites where you can see Anasazi Indian petroglyphs, sandstone structures and cliff dwellings. You can experience the wonderful scenery of the red rock canyons with many opportunities for hiking and picture-taking. On top of this you have the exhilarating experience of taking on 25 exceptional rapids that are comparable with any in the world. This is a premier rafting experience.
You will enjoy excellent food and camping accommodations that are designed to take the ‘roughing it’ element away. The trip ends with a scenic flight back to either Grand Junction or Moab. The trip can start and end at either Grand Junction (Colorado) or Moab (Utah).
