Our Gold Rates include all taxes, insurances, Airport user fees, CDW, extended protection, up to three extra drivers and a tank full of fuel.

Young Drivers - Not included in price. All drivers must be aged 21 or over and carry a full valid Driving Licence from their country of residence. Drivers under 25 incur an additional $25 per driver, per day, payable upon check-in.
Child Seats - Children up to five years old are required by law to be transported in approved child seats. These must be requested at time of booking and will be provided by Alamo at a cost of currently $5 per day. A $50 returnable deposit is also required.

Included in the cost of your rental
Extended Protection (EP) -EP provides you with extra third party insurance, and gives you $1,000,000 coverage for accidental death or injury to yourself or your passengers should you be hit by an uninsured or under-insured motorist. EP also covers you up to the first $1,000,000 of third party liability claims against you and costs $11.99 per car, per day. This may seem expensive, but in a country where litigation and damage cost can run to hundreds of thousands of dollars, the extra coverage makes good sense.
Collision Damage Waver - CDW protects you against damage to the Alamo car (including theft and vandalism), regardless of who is at fault. Without CDW, you would be personally responsible for any damage up to the full value of your Alamo vehicle.
Local Fees and Taxes -These can prove an expensive addition in many car rental companyês charges, and an addition which may come as quite a shock if you have not built it into your budget.

• Amount and size of luggage (separate roof racks are not available)
• Length of journey and passenger comfort n Infant seats for under-fives
• Ideal car size (upgrade?)
• Party of 6-8 people? Consider a Minivan (one car avoids duplicating costs)
• Extended Protection included for peace of mind

Car availability -If a car of the reserved size is unavailable, you will be offered a free upgrade to the next larger size of car.
Deposit - A major credit card is required to be used as a deposit on the car and will be debited for any incidental charges on completion of your rental. Alternatively a cash deposit of £100 per car per week must be left as security.
Note -Every driver must present a full, valid driving licence from country of residence. Please present your pre-paid car rental voucher at the Alamo/National car rental counter on arrival.

At certain locations we use National Car Rental to provide your rental needs. Some smaller locations do not include unlimited mileage plans - we would be pleased to advise at the time of booking.
Please note: For all National Car Rentals ad £15 per week or £3 per day. No one-way drop-offs allowed on Economy vehicles.

Our car suppliers will not guarantee any particular make or model of vehicle. They reserve the right to supply an appropriate vehicle in the same category. Rates may not include a Customer Facility Charge (CFC) and/or Homeland Security Fee (HSF) which is payable, where applicable by customer at time of rental. Legislation or regulations or the cost of fuel may effect National/Alamo’s pricing procedures. On all inclusive products, National/Alamo reserves the right, without notice to (i) charge customers, at the time of rental or thereafter, for the amount of any additional or increased surcharges, fees, taxes or increased fuel costs incurred subsequent to entering into this agreement, or (ii) increase client’s tex, surcharge or fuel inclusive rates by an amount equivalent to the additional or increased tax, surcharge, or fuel cost subsequent to entering into this agreement.
