Unlike other operators we do not include your flight price with your ranch stay price in our brochure. We however choose to do it slightly differently. We quote the ranch price without flights so that we can select the best flights to suit your individual needs, which may include stopovers and the total make up of your party. Such things as the balance of adults and children can very much influence which is the best airline to use. This way round we feel we can search out the very best price for you and also take advantage of any special offers that may be available.

Why use us?

2. We have contracts with a large number of North America's leading airlines, which allow us to offer highly competitive airfares.

4. To ensure your complete financial security we are fully bonded by ATOL, ABTA and IATA.
5. We understand local conditions, have visited most of the local airports and we understand how your ground arrangements works. For instance: many ranches will not pick up from airports after 6.00pm in the evening. Arrival after that time means that you require an overnight stay at an airport hotel, which can negate any savings made by utilising a cheaper flight.
6. With us your flight, ranch and other onward arrangements are seamless. One person deals with them all and has a complete vision of your total holiday. They are able to spot any problems before they arise and if necessary put the corrective procedures in place.

If you choose to make your own arrangements
1. You should be aware that your financial protection is greatly reduced and split over at least two operators. In the event that you need to make a claim for financial or insurance reasons, this adds to the administrative burden.
2. If you have made your own flight arrangements, changes in flight times that necessitate amendments to the ranch booking will incur amendment fees.

Help us to help you with your flights
When you are ready to confirm your flight arrangements we need the following information:
1. Total number of passengers and ages of any children, as this may well affect the choice of airline.
2. Date of departure, remembering that Friday, Saturday and Sunday are weekends and are charged as such.
3. If you have some flexibility on your departure dates please let us know.
4. Please let us have your complete travel plans including any stopovers on the way out and onward flights after your ranch stay. We can assure you of a high quality service at highly competitive rates

Fuel Tax Surcharges & Airport User Fees
The current situation is that airport tax and user fees are a variable factor, and in particular the fuel tax surcharge can vary on a regular basis as it is dependant on the price of oil. At the time of booking we will quote you the current fuel tax surcharge and you will have the option to pay the full flight cost at this point and pay no more. You may choose to pay just the deposit and the balance on our normal terms, but then you would be liable for the fuel tax surcharge at the point of ticketing.

The above prices are correct and include all known taxes at the time of printing. Many airports are now imposing improvement fees, some of which are paid locally and some of which are pre-paid. For all fares to and from Calgary please add £3.00 per passenger and for all fares to and from Toronto please add £5.00 per passenger. Please note there are no weekend supplements on the above rates. We may also be able to offer charter fares on routes to Canada but please bear in mind that these are flexible in price as the fare increases as the plane fills up. These are not as flexible as the scheduled Air Canada flights as they may only fly on certain days whereas the scheduled flights travel every day.

The above rates are all subject to availability and are based on V fare class. Departure airports are Heathrow, Gatwick, Manchester, Edinburgh and Glasgow. Additional departure airports are available at a £50 supplement and these are Aberdeen, Bristol, Cardiff, Leeds/Bradford, Humberside, Teeside, Newcastle and Norwich. During Mid-Season and High Season weekend departures (Fri, Sat or Sun) will incur a £10 each way surcharge. The above airfares include all known taxes as at the time of production. Free stopovers are permitted in many of the gateway cities serviced by these flights, please request details.

PLEASE BEAR IN MIND THAT DUE TO THE INSTABILITY OF FUEL PRICES AT PRESENT MANY AIRLINES ARE IMPOSING FUEL SURCHARGES.
