Flights

Unlike other operators we do not include your flight price with your accommodation price in our brochure. We however choose to do it slightly differently. We quote the accommodation price without flights so that we can select the best flights to suit your individual needs, which may include stopovers and the total make up of your party. Such things as the balance of adults and children can very much influence which is the best airline to use. This way round we feel we can search out the very best price for you and also take advantage of any special offers that may be available.

We have over 35 years’ experience booking flights so can offer expert knowledge of the most competitive fares no matter which class of travel suits you and where you want to fly. We will look for the best route and the best price that gets you to your destination as conveniently as possible.

Which airlines do you deal with?

Over the years we have built up a vast network of contacts and contracts with virtually every major airline. Amongst the airlines we work with are British Airways, Virgin, KLM, Air France, Lufthansa, American Airlines, United Airlines, Delta Airlines, Emirates and South African Airways. Each airline offers many different options, pricing structures and some offer the ability of regional departures, saving the need to fly to London before boarding a connecting flight.

Are there any hidden charges?

We quote all of our airfares including current taxes and airport user fees. With some airlines it is possible to pay a deposit and the balance closer to flight time and if that option is selected we do reserve the right to pass on any increase in taxes or airport user fees. However many airlines today offer exceptional deals for instant payment, and many clients now select to book their flights that way.

Premium Economy

Many airline partners are now offering an option of Premium Economy seats. These offer extra leg room, normally 38”, an enhanced meal service, but without all the frills of Business Class. A cost effective upgrade.

Business Class

If you would like to fly in style, you can choose from a range of Business Class options. From the moment you arrive at the airport, you will be treated like a VIP, with priority check-in and executive lounges. You will also receive attentive service, very comfortable seating with more legroom and gourmet meals during your flight.

Stopovers

Some flights give you the option to stopover on the way, which adds a whole new dimension to your holiday. Please ask for details if you would like to add this into your outward or return flight.

Internal Flights

We can offer a range of flights within Canada, North America, South Africa and Argentina between major airports and cities as well as some of the smaller airports to ensure your holiday is exactly what you want it to be.

Booking direct with airlines can leave you financially at risk if something goes wrong. All flights and holidays booked with Ranch Rider are protected by the Civil Aviation Authority under their ATOL scheme for your peace of mind. Our ATOL number is 5405.
