INSURANCE INFORMATION
Our insurance is approved and tailored to meet the needs of our clients whether on an escorted tour or individual tailor made holidays. The insurance policy is underwritten by AXA Insurance UK plc (Registration No 202312. Authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority. Registered address 107 Cheapside, London EC2V 6DU. This can be checked on the FSA's register by visiting the FSA's website at www.fsa.gov.uk/register or by contacting them on 0845 606 1234).
We believe that the combination of both the cover and price make it one of the most effective and all embracing policies on the market today.
Please note the information provided in this brochure is only a summary of cover, full policy details and written complaints procedure available on request.

PRE-EXISTING MEDICAL CONDITIONS
All participants are required to complete a simple health declaration. If pre-existing medical conditions apply you will be referred to the insurer's medical screening helpline. Failure to declare a pre-existing condition of any member of the party or close relative whose illness could cause a claim will invalidate your policy without refund.

YOUR CERTIFICATE
Please read policy when it arrives. This forms the basis of a contract between you and the insurers. We would suggest that you carefully review the whole certificate, but note in particular the following:
(a) property claims,
(b) policy limits,
(c) policy excess, which may vary by sections,
(d) pre-existing medical conditions,
(e) any endorsement added by the insurer in case of special circumstances.

YOU DON'T LIKE THE POLICY ONCE YOU HAVE READ IT
In the unlikely event of this occurring, you have 14 days from date of receipt of your policy to return the documentation to us for a no quibble refund. Travel can not have commenced and no claims can be pending for this offer to be valid.

SPORTS OR ACTIVITIES
Many are covered under our standard terms, including riding without a hard hat. Please ask for a separate list and limits of cover. You must inform us immediately if you plan to undertake any dangerous sport to be covered under this policy. Failure to do so will result in your cover being invalid and no policy refund.

DUTY OF CARE
You have an obligation to ensure that you take all reasonable care of both yourself and your property. Please ensure that you read the certificate carefully. Uni-Travel Limited and its trading titles cannot be held responsible should a claim not be met in full or part by the insurers.

EXCESSES
Each claim is subject to an excess dependent where applicable. A full schedule of excesses may be found in your policy document.

A copy of these details are available on our price list. We would strongly recommend our insurance cover as it has been tailored to the holidays offered within these pages. Insurance can be requested on your Ranch Rider booking form, which is also available within our price list, together with our Terms & Conditions

IMPORTANT NOTICE
Ranch Rider's travel insurance policy has been specifically designed to cover all activities featured in our brochure, especially horse riding. If you have elected not to take out Ranch Rider's own recommended travel insurance it is essential that you check with your own insurers to confirm you are fully covered to participate in Pack and Ranch Riding trips, white water rafting, working with cattle and horses on drives and round ups or riding a snowmobile. It is your responsibility to ensure that the cover you have arranged does not carry any exclusions relating to riding without a hard hat, working on a ranch or with animals, or any personal liability arising whilst riding a horse.
